Identity Cards

All employees shall be issued with identity cards on entering the services of CFTS.CO (U) Ltd. The identity card remains the property of CFTS.CO (U) Ltd., and the employee(s) shall be required to surrender it on termination of service for whatever cause or reason.

In the event of an employee losing his/her identity card, a police report shall be required before Management issues him/her with another one.

Staff members are not permitted to borrow or lend their identity card to anyone else including another member of staff.
